aerobics, muscle conditioning, relaxation and stretch sessions.
It is for anyone! Alternatives
are provided for different fitness levels, abilities or medical conditions.
Some people may be advised to check with their doctor before undertaking any
exercise programmes.
Mondays: 8.00-9.00 p.m.
Thursdays: 9.30-10.30 a.m.(with crèche for under 5s).
