BodyWorks Fitness Classes

Make Friends, Have Fun, Keep Fit!

What is it?

Keep fit classes where you can lose weight, tone up and boost fitness levels.
Easy to follow routines to music.  Safe, pilates-based exercises. 
Experienced qualified instructor.

Who is it for?

It is for anyone!  Suitable for all ages and abilities, women and men.

When does it happen?

Mondays: 8.00-9.00 p.m.
Thursdays: 9.30-10.30 a.m.(with crèche for under 5s).

What are the aims?

To provide a link between Church and community.
To get fit, have fun and stay healthy.
